Variations on a Theme

I'm happy to have completed Vellicate, the series of books made with hair and handmade paper that I started this past March. I don't often make editions because I enjoy trying out different variations rather than repeating the same thing over and over. Vellicate ended up as a variable edition of six with one artist proof. In the final two copies, I experimented with using platinum hair instead of blonde, a more flesh-colored paper, and an alternate sans-serif typeface.
