Dingbat Love
I went rooting through the cases of dingbats and borders at BookWorks to create a Valentine design this year. The background pattern was printed from lead borders and images, and the smarmy message was printed with wood type (amazingly, it fit the A6 card size perfectly). It took many, many runs through the press to complete, but I was happy with the result.
