More Metal Covers

I’ve been learning more about working with metal from Hollis Fouts at BookWorks, and just finished these small long and link stitch blank books. The covers are 20-gauge copper. I used a fuming chamber with ammonia, vinegar, and salt to create the patina, and it is amazing how much variation in color and pattern this technique yields. I’m looking forward to pairing this method with more handmade paper.
